What We Do
We sell jars of cookies to the public on and off the Brophy campus. All proceeds go to benefit underprivledged families during the holidays.
Every Wednesday, eight or nine members of the Calc Club go to Vincent on Camelback to prepare jars of cookies in a commercial, licensed kitchen so they can be sold to the public. On Saturdays (starting October 9th, 2010), 5 or 6 members sell the jars of cookies at Vincent's Saturday Market from 9 AM - 1 PM.
Customers only need to mix the ingredients with butter and eggs to make the cookie dough and then put the cookies in the oven. In other words, we only sell the dry ingredients. For more information on what ingredients are in our cookies, please click here.
